Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled WordPress Developer to manage the technical maintenance and continuous enhancement of the company's existing custom WordPress website. Key responsibilities include implementing new landing pages, modules, and features based on existing Figma designs, executing minor backend adjustments (templates, hooks, and custom post types), and actively supporting the upcoming technical website relaunch, including testing and deployment. The successful candidate will ensure high code quality and performance while working closely with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Design, SEO, and Data Analysts, operating primarily in a Kanban environment. Required qualifications include strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, practical experience with WordPress, and familiarity with Git and deployment procedures. The position offers significant flexibility, including 3 days of home office per week, 30 days of annual leave, and a modern, collaborative team environment focused on data-driven development.
