Job Summary

This leadership role involves the disciplinary and technical management of the High and Medium Voltage (HV/MV) Grid and Systems Specialist Team within a specific network area for MVV Netze GmbH. The core responsibility is ensuring supply security by overseeing the operation and coordination of the electricity supply infrastructure and operational facilities. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating maintenance, repairs, and fault clearance on company supply systems and networks, as well as managing service business activities. The Team Leader is responsible for personnel deployment planning, implementing qualification and development measures, and conducting employee reviews. Furthermore, the role involves budget responsibility, strategic development, and optimizing team processes and resources, while ensuring all operational and system documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
