Job Summary

This role as a Project Coordinator in Building and Civil Engineering involves taking significant responsibility for the realization of complex construction projects within MVV Netze GmbH, a leading German energy company driving the climate-positive energy transition. The core responsibilities include the independent planning, execution, and support of various civil and structural engineering measures, adhering to HOAI standards. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating projects with clients, managing costs and deadlines, preparing comprehensive tender documentation, performing detailed cost calculations, and evaluating external offers. A critical component is monitoring construction execution, conducting final acceptance inspections, and ensuring the quality, completeness, and plausibility of all technical documents, plans, and calculations. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering and possess multiple years of professional experience in Building and Civil Engineering, complemented by knowledge of specialized software like SAP-PM and basic controlling principles.
