Job Summary

This role involves developing and testing control and visualization software in close collaboration with the electronics development team. The PLC Programmer / Automation Technician will be responsible for clarifying technical requirements and concepts with both customers and suppliers, and creating comprehensive documentation, manuals, and test protocols. A significant part of the job includes system and integration testing in-house, followed by worldwide commissioning support for production facilities at customer sites. Candidates must possess a degree or technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or Mechanical Engineering, coupled with practical experience in plant commissioning. Proficiency in Siemens SIMATIC STEP 7, TIA Portal, and WinCC is required, along with a willingness to undertake international business travel.
