Job Summary

This position is for an Automation Developer specializing in barrier technology for a world-leading manufacturer of filling and packaging systems. Based in Hamburg, the professional will drive the product development of innovative coating machines, managing the process from initial concept through to serial production readiness. Daily tasks involve designing and optimizing technical functions for machine control, developing innovative concepts, and creating essential PLC programs and electrical circuit diagrams. A core responsibility is analyzing customer requirements, coordinating development projects, and executing functional tests and measurements. The role requires a technical degree in a relevant engineering discipline and a minimum of three years of experience in automation or electrical design.
