Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing and developing the Corporate IT team, ensuring the smooth operation of the internal application landscape, which is crucial for all employees. The Team Lead will be the primary contact for internal open-source applications, employee onboarding, and Office IT support, both remotely and in the Berlin office. Key responsibilities include leading IT projects, maintaining operational responsibility for internal assets (laptops, hardware, and software services based on OpenStack and Kubernetes), and driving process automation using DevOps tools like Gitlab CI/CD, Puppet, and Terraform. The ideal candidate must possess initial leadership experience in an IT environment, strong project management skills, and several years of experience with Linux/Unix systems and DevOps technologies. Fluency in German and good English skills are required, alongside a service-oriented approach and a passion for documentation and knowledge sharing.
