Job Summary

This PhD position offers a unique opportunity to engage in cutting-edge translational research focused on developing synergistic treatment strategies for Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL). The role is highly interdisciplinary, requiring close collaboration with hematology, oncology, and proteomics experts. Key responsibilities include identifying phosphoproteomic alterations under various drug conditions and optimizing existing phosphoproteomic workflows for high throughput (50-100 samples per day) and low-input sensitivity. The successful candidate will independently handle and maintain DLBCL cell lines, perform molecular biology and biochemical assays, and conduct complex data analysis, interpretation, and visualization. Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in biology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, or a related field, demonstrating strong quantitative and analytical skills. Flexibility across both experimental and computational research aspects, along with excellent communication skills in either English or German, is essential for contributing to scientific publications and presentations.
