Job Summary

This role seeks a highly motivated Electrical Sales Engineer to drive the market position of Nidec's advanced drive and automation systems, converters, and motors within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for technically oriented sales, focusing on new customer acquisition, developing market strategies, and managing budgets. Day-to-day tasks involve technical and commercial clarification with clients and manufacturing plants, tracking complex projects from inception through delivery and sometimes commissioning, and maintaining accurate customer data in the CRM system. Key qualifications include a completed university degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable background, coupled with strong communication and sales aptitude. Fluency in German (C2 level) and proficiency in written and spoken English are mandatory.
