As a Technical Project Manager for Software Development, you will play a crucial role in LAP's R&D department, leading product development projects that feature a high degree of software complexity. Your daily responsibilities include the technical leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams, focusing on the development and expansion of modular and maintainable software architectures. You will oversee the implementation of software specifications through testing and integration, ensuring the final solutions meet the highest quality standards globally. You are also responsible for securing knowledge transfer into subsequent product development phases, such as service and technical documentation. Key requirements include a degree in a relevant technical field and multi-year experience utilizing modern web technologies such as Angular, Angular Material, C#, and the .NET 6+ framework, alongside strong proficiency in both German and English.
