IT Project Coordinator | Informatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves leading the strategic development and technical architecture of "BUBE" (Operational Environmental Data Reporting), a critical nationwide software used by industrial companies to digitally submit environmental data (emissions, waste, wastewater) under the PRTR framework. The coordinator will be responsible for defining and implementing binding IT standards, interfaces, and security specifications across the system's architecture. Key daily tasks include taking overall responsibility for goal achievement, leading and steering cross-state project groups involving 16 federal partners, managing quality assurance (e.g., requirement specifications), and overseeing the entire test and release process for new program versions. Candidates must possess a university degree (Master/Diploma) in Computer Science or a related IT field, or equivalent qualifications combined with significant professional experience.
