Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Integration Manager to drive a significant business transformation program, referred to as "Program Argo," for an IT client based in Frankfurt am Main, with partial remote work flexibility. Key responsibilities involve high-level strategic planning, including the creation and detailed calculation of complex business cases, validating anticipated efforts and benefits, and developing comprehensive system landscape plans, including sizing and licensing requirements. The manager will be crucial in building and maintaining a project dependency matrix and ensuring alignment across various projects, governance bodies, and key stakeholders. Success requires several years of experience in business process consulting, coupled with strong analytical skills, expert Excel proficiency, and outstanding abilities in stakeholder management, presentation, and conflict resolution. This is a challenging, permanent position offering a competitive salary up to €100,000 annually.
