Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced IT Technician to join a dedicated team in Berlin, focusing on providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd-Level IT Support. Key responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of IT hardware, such as issuing and configuring notebooks and smartphones, performing hardware setup, cabling, and functional testing. The technician will handle documentation within the inventory management system, execute installations and upgrades of both hardware and software, and manage ticket resolution. A unique aspect of this position is the opportunity to take charge of small installation teams (up to three people), providing leadership and coordination during deployment projects. Candidates must possess a relevant IT qualification or significant professional experience, coupled with expertise in ticket systems, basic networking, and troubleshooting. - Experience in cabling, installation, repair, and support
