This role seeks an experienced Team Leader to head the Application Customer Teams in Münster, contributing significantly to the development and production of high-quality coatings for the automotive industry. The successful candidate will provide disciplinary and technical leadership, managing personnel and technical resources while driving continuous process optimization across the unit. Key responsibilities include developing effective problem solutions for clients, ensuring strict compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations, and communicating proactively with other BASF units and clients. To qualify, you must possess a Master's degree in Chemistry or Process Engineering, long-standing professional and leadership experience in the automotive sector, and proven expertise in Project and Quality Management.
