This Senior Specialist role is critical in establishing and shaping the newly formed finance department within the Coatings division, focusing specifically on the global Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The successful candidate will own and define global standards for O2C activities, including Customer Master Data, Invoicing, Cash Applications, Collections, and Accounts Receivable Management, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities involve driving process improvement using digital solutions, overseeing O2C activities, managing a third-party business process provider, and steering performance through KPIs. This position requires a strong background (at least 10 years) in financial process management within a multinational corporation, deep proficiency in O2C, and expertise in SAP R/3 and S/4.
