You will be responsible for the continuous training and development of staff, developing detailed calibration procedures, conducting measurement uncertainty analysis, and contributing to the evolution of laboratory-specific IT systems. A crucial aspect is preparing for and supporting accreditation audits. You will collect and evaluate test results, implement necessary technical corrective actions, and create detailed process descriptions.
