Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 2nd Level Support and managing the IT infrastructure lifecycle for the largest municipal healthcare provider in Southern Germany, the München Klinik. The specialist will be responsible for the installation, setup, and maintenance of IT end devices, configuring network connections, and performing complex troubleshooting in a clinical environment. A key aspect of the role is ensuring compliance with internal guidelines while independently solving technical challenges and providing user support. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent vocational training, coupled with several years of experience in end device management and proficiency in Microsoft Client operating systems and IP networks. Experience with software distribution tools like Microsoft Intune or Baramundi is required.
