Job Summary

This is a high-impact role within a leading global pharmaceutical company, focusing on the development and lifecycle management of active substances. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert, primarily responsible for managing all downstream work packages, troubleshooting process transfer projects, and ensuring seamless execution of lifecycle initiatives. Key daily tasks involve generating comprehensive regulatory documentation for submissions, developing and implementing new concepts in active substance research, and coordinating activities across various internal disciplines and international sites. The role requires a strong scientific background (PhD or Master's with extensive experience) in Biotechnology or Chemistry, coupled with deep expertise in process workup, especially involving mammalian cells, scale-up/scale-down methodologies, and statistical design of experiments (DoE).
