Job Summary

This role involves working with a globally recognized pharmaceutical company, focusing on improving human health through drug development. The Laboratory Specialist is responsible for the preparation, execution, and evaluation of complex analytical methods and experimental approaches. Daily tasks include contributing to the development and optimization of new analyses, assessing new technologies, and modifying existing laboratory procedures. The specialist also handles specialized activities such as troubleshooting, providing analytical support to operations, and performing functional checks and maintenance on analytical devices and systems. Key requirements include completed vocational training as a Chemical or Biological Laboratory Technician, Pharmaceutical Technician, or equivalent functional training (e.g., Master Craftsman), coupled with several years of professional experience in a biopharmaceutical laboratory environment. Experience operating within a cGMP environment is mandatory.
