Job Summary

This role seeks a Systems Engineer to join a decentralized Cloud Team, offering 100% remote work flexibility. The core responsibilities involve supporting and advancing customer environments, focusing heavily on the conception, administration, and technical development of Microsoft-based Cloud Infrastructures. Day-to-day tasks include resolving 2nd and 3rd-level incidents, managing customer inquiries, implementing changes, and assisting with onboarding projects. The engineer will also provide technological consultation to clients regarding Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure and applications. Key qualifications include expertise in administering and migrating Microsoft solutions, specifically utilizing Microsoft 365/Azure products, coupled with strong organizational skills, team spirit, and proficiency in both German and English.
