Job Summary

This specialist role focuses on the manufacturing and optimization of products, primarily Peptides and Oligonucleotides, within the highly regulated GMP environment at Roche Diagnostics in Penzberg. Key daily responsibilities include conducting and monitoring multi-step syntheses (40%), operating and controlling necessary equipment (20%), and performing analytical testing (10%). The expert will dedicate 15% of their time to development and troubleshooting, including implementing new procedures from R&D, handling deviations (OOS, CAPAs), and optimizing processes. Candidates must hold a degree in Chemistry or Biotechnology (Bachelor with 1 year experience or Master graduate) or equivalent professional experience in production or lab settings.
