Job Summary

This role offers an opportunity to join Roche Diagnostics in Mannheim as a Product Safety Specialist, focusing heavily on data management and regulatory compliance within the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors. The specialist will be responsible for managing master data in SAP EH&S(M) and conducting chemical regulatory assessments for products (substances, mixtures, and articles) as part of the end-to-end material declaration process. Key duties include continuous development of the EHS data management architecture, acting as a Key-User for EH&S tools, and ensuring data conformity, quality, and integrity. Candidates must possess a degree in Natural, Engineering, or Information Sciences and have extensive professional experience in product safety, hazard communication, or EHS master data management. Expertise in global chemical and environmental regulations (e.g., REACH, GHS/CLP) is critical, alongside strong data handling skills and excellent English proficiency.
