Job Summary
This crucial role involves supporting the successful execution of construction projects by translating project leader requirements into detailed electrical engineering plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, calculating, and dimensioning complex electrical systems, covering areas like power supply, lighting, safety technology, and communication systems, depending on specialization (high or low voltage). The engineer coordinates extensively with internal departments, external specialists, and other trades to ensure optimal integration and compliance. A key focus is the creation of detailed technical specifications, drawings, and calculations, alongside supporting the tendering and awarding processes. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent Technician/Master Craftsman qualifications, coupled with fundamental knowledge of electrical planning and proficiency in specialized planning and CAD software (e.g., EPLAN, Revit, Dialux). This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional seeking to implement innovative and high-quality electrical solutions.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering (with Electrical focus), or comparable qualification; alternatively, Certified Technician or Master Craftsman.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical planning and implementation of technical requirements
- Experience in the application of common calculation and planning software
- Relevant professional experience (required if holding Technician or Master Craftsman qualification)
