Job Summary
This role is central to the technical execution of challenging construction projects, focusing specifically on Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary, and Air Conditioning (HVAC/MEP) systems. The Project Engineer translates project manager visions into detailed technical solutions, ensuring all components integrate seamlessly. Day-to-day tasks involve supporting the planning, design, and calculation of HVAC systems, creating detailed technical drawings, specifications, and managing component selection. The role requires close coordination with other trades like electrical engineering and building automation. Key qualifications include a degree in Building Services Engineering or a related field, combined with professional experience and proficiency in industry-specific software like Trimble Nova or Revit. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about precise planning and quality assurance in innovative building projects.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Building Services Engineering, Building Technology, Energy and Environmental Technology, or comparable qualification. Alternatively, a certification as a Technician or Master Craftsman in HVAC/MEP.

- Professional experience in planning and designing HVAC/MEP systems
- Experience in implementing technical requirements
- Experience with industry-specific programs (Trimble Nova, Revit, ORCA AVA)
