Job Summary

This role involves working as an Inhouse ERP Consultant for a growing, international company based near Bad Wurzach. The core responsibilities focus on the full lifecycle of IT projects within the ERP environment, including planning, organization, execution, and evaluation. A significant part of the job is managing service processes, particularly incident and problem management, and providing crucial First- and Second-Level support for the ERP system. You will be responsible for monitoring system processes related to performance, stability, and availability, and independently configuring and customizing the ERP systems. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or IT Management, or a qualification as an IT Specialist, coupled with professional experience in an ERP-related role (e.g., Administrator or Application Manager). Strong German and good English skills are required, along with a proactive, independent, and holistic approach to development projects.
