Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Commissioning Engineer to manage the full lifecycle startup of high-temperature industrial heat pump systems, both domestically and internationally. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely and professional commissioning, optimizing system performance and efficiency, conducting contractual performance tests, and providing essential training to customer staff. The engineer will also be responsible for planning and executing electrical assembly work, coordinating external service partners, and performing troubleshooting, service, and maintenance tasks. Success requires a strong electrotechnical background (Technician/Engineer level), at least five years of relevant professional experience, and expert knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal for control systems. The position demands high self-reliance, decision-making authority, and significant travel (50% or more), offering a challenging opportunity to drive technological innovation and maintain high customer quality standards.
