Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking technical and disciplinary responsibility for the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) team, consisting of eight employees plus trainees and students, at the FERCHAU Group headquarters in Gummersbach. The Head of ESM will strategically shape and advance the department, its services, and the overarching ESM system, ensuring efficient operations while adhering to internal and external regulations. Key responsibilities include adapting organizational structures and processes, holding conceptual responsibility for all changes and expansions within the ESM landscape, and managing the department's budget. Candidates must possess a successfully completed MINT degree or equivalent qualification, relevant experience and further training in ESM, and a minimum of three years of professional experience, including proven leadership competence. Success requires strong analytical thinking, assertiveness, and professional communication skills, supported by fluency in both German and English due to the international context.
