Job Summary

This role is centered on comprehensive electrical planning for demanding construction projects, covering service phases 1 through 5. The specialist planner will be responsible for generating all necessary electrical drawings, including BIM models, performing calculations, and ensuring seamless integration and coordination of specialized trades. This requires close collaboration with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. A crucial aspect of the position is acting as the subject matter expert for electrical topics, providing essential technical input during the project acquisition and development phases. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in Supply Engineering or hold qualifications as a Master Craftsman, Technician, or Engineer in Electrical Building Services. Success requires several years of relevant professional experience, solid knowledge of German construction regulations (HOAI, VOB), and proficiency with planning software and MS Office.
