Based at the headquarters in Varsseveld (near Bocholt), this role involves supporting complex tax structuring for real estate purchase and sale processes, ranging from national asset deals to intricate share deals. Key responsibilities include preparing settlement balance sheets for transactions, assisting with corporate actions like mergers and liquidations, and supporting commercial and tax due diligence processes. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant commercial background, strong knowledge of VAT, and proficiency in MS Office.
