Job Summary

This permanent, full-time Test Technician role involves planning and managing test series for components (such as drive systems and chassis components) and prototypes, primarily within the automotive and aerospace industries. Key daily tasks include setting up and modifying test engines and vehicles on various test benches, including engine, emissions, endurance, and 4WD climate roller dynamometers. The technician will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing the test bench technology. A crucial part of the job is analyzing and evaluating test results using relevant tools, identifying and resolving errors, and tracking optimization suggestions. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as an Automotive Mechatronics Technician or Master Mechanic, possesses strong German language skills, and has initial professional experience in the automotive sector or with an OEM, coupled with a keen interest in vehicle technology and measurement techniques.
