Job Summary

This role involves providing essential on-site IT and Telecommunications (TK) support as part of the primary digitization partner for the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Based in Munich, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT services from basic operations to mission-critical areas. Day-to-day tasks include the installation, commissioning, upgrade, and maintenance of hardware, executing IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) orders, and providing crucial 1st and 2nd level support directly to users. You will also be involved in setting up customer IT infrastructure, including network and server environments, and participating in IT projects and refresh measures. Key requirements include a completed qualification as an IT Systems Electronics Specialist or equivalent, three years of professional experience in on-site fault resolution, and fluent German language skills.
