Construction Manager, E-Mobility | Bauleiter E-Mobilität (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This role requires an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of E-Mobility infrastructure projects, including the construction of transformer stations and E-charging locations. You will be responsible for project execution from initial planning through successful customer acceptance and handover. Key day-to-day tasks involve ensuring strict adherence to technical, schedule, and economic specifications for all construction endeavors. A critical component of this position is active leadership, managing both internal employees and subcontractors, and coordinating resource deployment. As the primary point of contact, you will regularly align with customers to implement required specifications. Candidates must possess a qualification in Electrical Engineering (Master Craftsman, Technician, or degree) and demonstrate initial professional and leadership experience, coupled with a strong interest in advancing sustainable E-Mobility solutions and contributing to the energy transition.
