Construction Manager, E-Mobility | Bauleiter E-Mobilität (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This critical role involves managing and executing E-Mobility construction projects from initial planning through to successful acceptance and customer handover. You will oversee the development and installation of charging infrastructure, medium voltage switchgear, low voltage distributions, and transformer stations for energy providers and commercial/industrial clients. A core part of the job is active leadership, which includes managing internal staff, steering the deployment of subcontractors, and ensuring strict adherence to technical, schedule, and economic specifications. The ideal candidate must hold a qualification in Electrical Engineering (Master Electrician, Technician, or degree level) and bring initial professional and leadership experience. This position is perfect for a motivated professional with strong communication skills who is eager to contribute significantly to the energy transition and the expansion of future-proof E-Mobility markets.
