This role involves providing critical 2nd Level IT support and onsite services for a client in Iserlohn. The specialist will be responsible for processing and resolving incidents and requests using an ITSM system, performing detailed analysis and documentation of faults, and supporting Problem Management efforts by supplying necessary information. A significant part of the job includes hands-on hardware management, such as exchanging, upgrading, and deploying client devices, managing inventory data, and overseeing workplace system setups and relocations. Furthermore, the role involves printer management, including consumables replacement and coordinating external service providers. Successful candidates must possess vocational training in IT systems, several years of relevant support experience, and excellent technical knowledge of Windows 11 and Office 365, coupled with experience in software distribution tools like SCCM or Intune. This full-time position operates within a structured shift system and includes on-call duty, offering an initial 9-month contract with a strong option for permanent employment.
