Job Summary

This full-time role, based in Munich-Karlsfeld, focuses on providing essential IT services within a large customer environment. The IT Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and ongoing support of end-user devices. A key component of the role involves acting as first-level IT support, addressing technical inquiries, defining clear responsibilities for efficient troubleshooting, and ensuring the structured prioritization and escalation of complex technical issues. Candidates must possess a completed technical education, such as an IT Specialist certification, or comparable prior experience in IT support. Initial practical experience supporting hardware and various operating systems is required, alongside good proficiency in both German and English. This is an attractive opportunity for immediate start, initially contracted for six months with a strong option for extension.
