Job Summary

This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for all internal IT inquiries, prioritizing and categorizing incoming requests, and serving as the crucial link between employees and the IT department. Day-to-day tasks include handling first-level support, escalating complex issues to the Second Level Support, and managing the setup, installation, and maintenance of various IT hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, network components) within the administration. The ideal candidate possesses a vocational degree in IT System Integration or equivalent qualifications, coupled with professional experience in an IT Service Desk environment. Essential technical skills include strong knowledge of MS Windows 11, Office 365 applications (including MS Teams), MS Active Directory Services (ADS) administration, and proficiency in using IT ticketing systems for incident and service request management. This full-time, permanent position in Bonn offers flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation, and extensive initial training.
