Job Summary

This role involves the independent development of electronic hardware solutions for innovative systems, including lighting, intelligent surfaces, E/E systems (MiKo), and motor drives. The successful candidate will define the overall mechatronic concept and system specifications, and manage technical development documentation according to Automotive Standards. Key responsibilities include creating layouts and circuit diagrams using tools like Mentor Expedition, conducting electrical and thermal simulations, and developing new product ideas and patents. The role requires conceptual development of technology platforms, circuit topologies, and specific key components (e.g., ASICs). Collaboration within interdisciplinary project teams using agile development methods is essential, alongside leading design qualification and supporting the design-in process for new hardware solutions with customers and suppliers.
