Job Summary

This challenging and long-term position is ideal for a skilled Building Services Technician seeking to join an international Technology and Telecoms company near Munich. The core responsibility involves ensuring the continuous operational safety and functionality of technical building equipment. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring systems, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and executing minor repairs. You will also be responsible for coordinating and supervising external service providers, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards, and supporting internal projects like office moves. Meticulous documentation of all work performed and managing the inventory of spare parts are also key duties. Candidates must possess a completed technical education, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Building Technology, along with practical experience in Facilities Management. Success requires strong technical understanding, manual dexterity, an independent work ethic, fluent German language skills, and a valid Class B driving license.
