Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Second Level Support Specialist within an established digital services company based in Hamburg. The specialist will be responsible for handling complex technical support inquiries, analyzing root causes, and developing sustainable IT solutions in a modern IT environment. Key day-to-day tasks include documenting support cases, creating vital knowledge articles, and actively collaborating with both First Level Support and broader IT teams on system introductions and projects. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification and proven professional experience in IT support, ideally at the Second Level, coupled with good knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, network technologies, and IT security principles.
