Job Summary

This role is a long-term career opportunity for an Industrial Electrical Engineering Technician or Master to join an international manufacturer of translucent plastic components in Mülheim an der Ruhr. The core responsibilities involve ensuring the continuous operation of electrical systems by locating and resolving faults during production, performing detailed error analysis, and coordinating planned and urgent maintenance activities. The technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle of electronic systems, including installation, modernization, and decommissioning, while optimizing production facilities and utilities. A key requirement is a completed qualification as an Energy Systems Electrician (Industrial Engineering), ideally supplemented by a Master qualification, coupled with professional experience, preferably in extrusion or plastics technology. The successful candidate must possess a strong technical understanding, a proactive hands-on mentality, and the flexibility to work within a 3-shift rotating system.
