Job Summary

This role involves supporting a mid-sized industrial and manufacturing company by providing precise financial analysis and optimizing processes. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports to aid decision-making, monitoring budget variances, and developing solutions for discrepancies. Key day-to-day tasks include assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, conducting cost analyses to identify savings potential, and collaborating across departments to optimize financial workflows. The successful candidate will also create forecasts and financial models, maintain financial data integrity, and support ad-hoc analyses and special projects. Requirements include a degree in Business Administration or Finance, strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial systems and MS Excel, and good communication skills in both German and English.
