Job Summary
This role is ideal for a service-oriented IT professional ready to handle diverse responsibilities within a company with a long history. The IT Support Specialist will be the primary point of contact for internal users, providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd Level support via multiple channels, including in-person, phone, and remote assistance. Key daily tasks include installing and maintaining various hardware (laptops, mobile devices like iPhones and iPads), managing support tickets, and providing technical assistance for meetings and events. Beyond user support, the role involves collaborating with global IT teams, assisting with network and server issues (LAN/WLAN), and actively participating in IT projects, such as hardware rollouts, software distribution, and infrastructure measures. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification, initial professional experience in support or system administration, and strong technical knowledge of hardware and networks. This position offers project responsibility, technical depth, and opportunities for professional development (e.g., ITIL, IT Security).
