Job Summary

This is a responsible and varied role within a growing, sustainable food production company based in Lüneburg, focusing on maintaining and improving the local IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact, providing First and Second-Level Support to employees. Key daily tasks include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, managing user accounts and permissions, and documenting IT processes and support cases. You will also actively support ongoing IT projects and rollouts. Applicants must possess a completed IT qualification, practical experience in IT support, and strong knowledge of Windows environments, network technology, and Microsoft 365.
