Job Summary

This role involves designing and creating sophisticated PLC software modules and interfaces, contributing to the cutting edge of special machine construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and executing various software tests, including supporting the commissioning of machine prototypes. A key part of the role is implementing newly developed PLC modules into the template pool, ensuring standardization and efficiency. You will be an integral member of an innovative development team, acting as a crucial technical interface between development and adjacent departments. Candidates should hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, or possess a relevant technical qualification (Technician/Master Craftsman). Essential requirements include initial professional experience with programmable logic controllers like Beckhoff (TwinCAT 2) or Siemens S7/TIA, along with knowledge of at least one visualization system.
