Job Summary
Join the City of Frankfurt's Building and Real Estate Department as an Energy Management Engineer, playing a crucial role in achieving climate neutrality for municipal buildings by 2030. In this position, you will optimize technical building systems, analyze deficiencies, and address user complaints related to room climate. Your responsibilities will also include integral planning and expert consultation for new constructions and renovations, with a specific focus on cross-trade building automation. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor) in Technical Building Equipment or a comparable field, OR state-certified/state-recognized Technician or Master Craftsman in one of the aforementioned fields.
Experience
- Professional experience in planning, commissioning, and operational optimization of complex buildings and their associated systems
- At least six years of relevant professional experience if holding a state-certified technician or master craftsman qualification
