Job Summary

This role is crucial for accelerating the global impact of the Digital Operations Centers (DOCs) by translating data into actionable insights for field operations across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. The Analyst, based in Düsseldorf, will be responsible for defining and improving the organizational and processual setup of global DOC collaboration models. Key daily tasks include close collaboration with global DOC leadership, developing regular reports on effectiveness, and conducting detailed market intelligence research on industry peers and competitors. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, or engineering, and at least two years of professional experience in process and organization design, ideally gained in a consulting or corporate environment.
