Job Summary

This role is central to accelerating the global impact of the Digital Operations Centers (DOC) at TK Elevator, translating operational data into actionable insights for service and sales teams worldwide. The Analyst, based in Düsseldorf, will primarily focus on improving the organizational and processual setup of the global DOC collaboration model across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating closely with global DOC leadership, developing regular reports on effectiveness, conducting market intelligence on competitors and similar industry approaches, and creating training and communication materials. The ideal candidate should possess a background in business, economics, or engineering, coupled with at least two years of professional experience in process and organization design, ideally gained in a consulting or corporate environment. Success in this role requires high proficiency in data analysis, MS Office, and a passion for data-driven innovation within industrial services.
