Job Summary

This position calls for an IT Security Project Manager to take on a central and strategic role in developing and managing the organization's information security structures within the Office for Organization and Digitalization. Day-to-day responsibilities involve steering IT security projects from initial planning through to the successful implementation of both technical and organizational measures. The manager will collaborate with external partners on crucial security audits, such as penetration testing and vulnerability analysis, and will be responsible for operating and enhancing security monitoring and reporting systems, including alarm management and threat defense. The ideal candidate holds a completed degree or specialized training in IT, coupled with relevant professional experience. While prior experience in IT security management is preferred, the position is also open to career changers with a technical background who are committed to developing expertise in IT security and project management. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in IT, completed training as an IT Specialist, or comparable three-year education with an IT focus.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the IT sector following relevant education

  • Willingness to assume technical responsibility for new IT systems within projects
