The Segment and Sales Analyst plays a crucial role in driving PostFinance's customer business success through precise data analysis and insights. You will be instrumental in the data-driven steering of customer operations, ensuring accurate controlling across market, customer segment, target group, and channel levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining and prioritizing data and reporting requirements, collaborating closely with subject matter experts and data specialists to maintain data quality and consistency, and creating and interpreting detailed ad-hoc analyses. This position requires strong analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to clearly communicate complex findings to various stakeholders, supporting sales units in applying analytical steering instruments. Required Skills

Education
