Job Summary

Join a pioneering team within PostFinance's Digital Commerce Solution Team, responsible for operating one of Switzerland's largest card payment systems. As a Software Developer, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing a new product management system, enabling PostFinance merchants to quickly and easily accept payments. Working within an agile Scrum team, you will develop and maintain highly available applications, applying your expertise to complex business logic and performance optimization. You are expected to build modern web frontends and contribute robustly to the backend using Java, SQL, and Spring. This role offers direct influence on platform architecture, requiring you to actively select technologies and frameworks, shape Microservices architecture, and contribute to the DevOps infrastructure. A strong emphasis is placed on quality assurance through automated testing. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience, coupled with strong technical skills in both frontend and backend technologies.
