IT Specialist / SAP Solution Designer | Informatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for an experienced SAP Solution Designer within the SMT-IT division of ZEISS, a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing technology. The specialist will join a growing team to support the upcoming Bluefield migration to S/4HANA and ongoing support for internal business units. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating complex business requirements for SAP relevance, developing robust solution designs, conducting functional tests, and providing specialized support to end-users. As a technically oriented liaison, you will bridge the gap between business departments and implementing service providers, focusing heavily on requirements gathering, reviewing external deliverables, and customizing. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, capable of moderating differences between communicated requirements and actual needs, and committed to delivering sustainable added value through their consulting and design expertise in a production-heavy environment.
